Margaret has effectively represented clients in custody and visitation matters. She has participated in numerous trials, representing parents seeking custody and visitation with their children.
Margaret has represented many clients in child support court for over 29 years. She has assisted in matters involving parties seeking child and spousal support and those having to pay support.
Margaret has represented clients in private placement, step-parent and partner adoptions.
Margaret has represented many organizations and individuals with the formation of corporations, partnerships and Limited Liability Corporations.
Since 1992, Margaret has represented individuals in contested and uncontested divorce actions. In recent years, Margaret has concentrated her practice in assisting in uncontested divorces and encouraging mediation and settlement.

Paralegal & Office Manager
Geri has been a paralegal with Margaret since August 2001. She supervises all real estate transactions, including bank closings, purchases/sales of homes and land. Geri assists with business formations, divorces and family court matters.
Lisa has worked at the office since 2015 and is the Estate Paralegal for the office and the main receptionist. She assists setting up appointments for wills, trusts & estate planning. She also assists with adoptions and other family court matters.
Real Estate Secretary
Jen assists with real estate closings, concentrating on clients who are selling their homes and is responsible for post-closing real estate matters.
Betsy is the retired Chief Clerk of Ontario County Surrogate Court. She assists with the Estate proceedings in the office.
Cathy is a retired teacher from Livonia. She works part-time assisting in all matters of administration of the office, particularly with post-closing matters in real estate.
